Lemonthyme Lodge is a true wilderness retreat near Cradle Mountain, about an hour from Devonport.
The central lodge is an authentic log cabin - the largest in the southern hemisphere - it sits about eight kilometres off the road in temperate rainforest. Set high in the treetops around the lodge is Wilderness cabins and wilderness spa cabins. There are also family cabins and luxury wilderness suites, which boast wonderful forest views.
Around the clearing are rainforest eucalypts and tree ferns; wallabies, wombats and possums come out at dusk to graze in the undergrowth.
